Frequently Asked Questions

Q. How many days of training do we need?

Most agencies find that two days of training works best. Two days will give you enough time to cover all of the features in Clients & Profits and allow some time for additional questions. You will need to decide how many groups of people need to be trained and how much time should be spent with each group. If you have been using Clients & Profits for over a year, you may need only a day to cover the changes and features that you have not started using. If you are a large agency, you may need additional time to train everyone.

Q. Should we train everyone before we start using Clients & Profits or wait until after our agency has started using the program?

Training before you start using Clients & Profits will help get everyone excited about the new program and confident about the changes. But waiting until your staff has had a chance to use Clients & Profits will result in more questions and discussions during the training class.

Q. Who should we train?

You can train your entire staff or the group of people that will be responsible for managing the Clients & Profits program.

Q. How should we set up for the training class?

That is entirely up to you. You can choose to train two or three people at their own workstations. You can set up a computer in the conference room with a LCD panel so everyone can see what is being show on the computer screen. You can set up multiple workstations in a training room for hands-on training.

Q. Is hands-on training better than a lecture style class?

With a lecture style class we can cover more material and focus on the processes and procedures for using Clients & Profits. A hands-on class will not cover as much material, but may increase retention of the material covered. With either option, don't worry about remembering everything that was said during the training classes. The important thing is to remember the process and the roll of Clients & Profits in that process. Then you can refer to the manual or technical support.

Q. How much does on-site training cost?

Training costs $750 per day plus travel, accommodations and expenses.

Q. How do I setup up on-site training?
